It’s Election Day. . . FINALLY!

We at Forum – Sacramento’s Digital Town Square realize that many of you are sitting by your computer eagerly awaiting our regular Tuesday show.  Sorry to let you down, but we are mixing it up a bit this week due to the election.

With so many important elections up for grabs – Charter Commission; The Claw; Sales Tax increases; School Board races; School Bonds; Proposition 30, 32, 35, 37, 38, 39; hotly contested City Council races; and, oh yeah, then there’s that Presidential thing – we thought we would accept that there just may be something more important going on than Forum.

But, fear not!  That’s not to say that you won’t get your fill of us.  Tomorrow we will post a Pod Squad show after visiting election eve parties, where we will talk with candidates and supporters from various races, celebrating with winners and avoiding awkward eye contact with those not as fortunate.

And later in the week, you will get your share of our analysis of the election outcome when we are joined in studio by our favorite political go-to guy, Dale Howard.  So, stay tuned Sacramento.

Forum Fact:  That sticker many of you are wearing after voting today, proudly proclaiming “I Voted” (and your ticket to free stuff at various establishments around town), was designed by then-McClatchy High School student Alicia Chan.  Go Lions!
