Barbara Falcon and her husband Richard (you’ll remember Richard from Forum’s show on Valley Hi) saw crime in their neighborhood and decided to do something more than hide behind locked doors. They mobilized their neighbors and formed Neighbors United. Then Barbara kicked it up another notch and became an expert on establishing Neighborhood Watch programs throughout our community. As a tireless volunteer, Barbara works with the Sacramento Police Department to help neighbors make their streets safer. She shares with us how on this episode of Forum.
